Thank you for your interest in joining the Hit Squad Athletics family! Please complete the registration form in its entirety to reserve your athlete’s spot for the 2026 Fall Season. Accurate information helps us with team placement, league certification, communication, and uniform ordering.

The registration fee is $200 per athlete, with sibling discounts available. Equipment is not included, and payment arrangements can be discussed if needed.

At Hit Squad Athletics, we’re more than a football team—we’re a family. Every registered athlete will receive access to our family-oriented program, competitive coaching, and our exclusive 2026 Media Day experience.

Once your registration has been submitted, a member of our staff will contact you with the next steps, including payment details, required documents, practice information, and important season updates.
